I'm not too sure about the national trains but there's two main stations in Manchester and you'd need to get to Manchester Victoria. I went Manchester Picadilly to Leeds the other week and I think it was about £14 one way). From Manc Victoria you can get the Metrolink to Bury (it'll prob cost about £4 return). Then it's about a ten minute walk to the ground.
Bury is officially the best place in the known universe*, so if you don't come, you'll regret it for the rest of your life.
