Crowd For Tomorrow
Well we lost about 700 fans between Accy and Cheltenham (only 2100 shakers). Just hope the win at vale persuades a few to come back. Surely we should be getting 2400 shakers at least but trouble is its okay winning away but no one sees it.

Wonder how many go away but won't go to Gigg - apart from the exiles who live a long way away and watch Bury in the south etc??

Much better atmosphere away anyhow, the fans get behind the team and being in an enclosed area can make more noise. Even on shitty grounds like Port Vale. I'd happily put my foot through the drum though!

agreed. You cant beat away games because you dont tend to get the moaners going.Just the fans that get behind the team 100%

Brings back the old debate about whether Bury should move to a smaller stadium, 2500 in a 6000 ground would make a better atmosphere than 2500 in 12000.
And how many times do we fill Gigg?
Then I wake up and remember we could end up in a tin shack like Scunts or Shitester and would pine for the old days of a 9-10ths empty south stand (including the dead).
If we want a better atmosphere at Gigg then Peter PieAndGravy Young should give out free booze and shots to everyone! (Especially the fecking team - might get them started)

Oh, BTW, are away fans still down the side at Crewe like we are at Fail? Accy put 5 past them last night, must have had our defence on loan.
